I think the biggest problem with owning EVs is how expensive and poor the offerings are for all other manufacturers that aren't tesla. Teslas are the only EVs that are competitive on price, range and most importantly charging. The other manufacturers make overpriced, unchargable crap like that ipace. Harry you probably made the right choice sticking with Diesel for the kind of car you need/want, its mind blowing to me that Land Rover aren't able to offer you an attractive, competitive EV option, with a deal to use tesla charging.

Mr turbo. I hooked up 2 a small . 32 mm .mikuni ? One carb feeding all 4 cylinders. This bike with boost up would shake pretty bad after 100 mph ., but scary Fast. Only beetin by a twin turbo CBX. Homebuilt. Exhaust, ,maybe someone remembers . I have no DRIVERS LICENSE and in FLORIDA JAIL ,PRO BATION. BE SAFE NIKLES

Amusingly John Day worked on my HF when he was with Barry Waterhouse.. It goes like sh off a shovel and has done about 750 miles since then (1980's). He's a terrible go kart racer though, I beat him on a kids course in Kent no problem.

I've been saying this from the beginning and people scoffed. Cost of electric is mad - so they're leased. After leasing who's going to buy them? Meaning their value plummets. And the future ... and I've said it before is hydrogen.

What he calls efficiency is MPG in an ICE car. He should see what the efficiency is if he goes 85mph the speed limit in Texas. Electric cars suck down huge amounts of power at high cruising speeds -- all their advertised range is for 75 or 70 mph. An ice uses far less energy to go from 70 mph to 85mph. Speed kills range in BEVs this has nothing to do with air resistance as both cars face the same it is a power train issue. BEVs have no gears so must spin very fast also there is a magnetic resistance. These things are never talked about on any channel. He's right this car is a plain Jane ugly thing. It looks cheap compared to other BEVs. I especially dislike the triple rear seat head rests they are as stylish as a Baby On Board sign. A few years ago Linux decided to go minimal and got rid of all the buttons on the screen you could no longer minimize pages or shut them off. The first thing people do is add those back with an add on. It was a stupid terrible idea to fit some generation Z ideal.

Well, electric motors make vehicles substantially more efficient than internal combustion engines. Electric motors convert over 85 percent of electrical energy into mechanical energy, or motion, compared to less than 40 percent for a gas combustion engine. What about mentioning that too? Thanks

I still think that the non-plugin hybrid, a la OG Prius, is the most sensible solution. The battery there is small and cheap to replace, but it's also not that relevant on total range as in a plug-in hybrid cars or EVs. The most sensible family car imo is Toyota Corolla touring sports (estate/station wagon). It's affordable, has plenty of space, is cheap to run, is reliable, offers good mpg and doesn't stink when stationary or driving around neighborhood and parking lot.

I think the p38 with the BMW diesel engine was probably better for engine reliability

I' ve had mine for 5 years and 80.000kms . Bought it for 57.000 € five years ago and just sold it last week for 49.000 € . Who said anything about expensive? After 5 years it is still a head turner.

The diffuser looks absolutely horrendous, a car with such rich history deserves bespoke components & not a cost saving carry over reflectors which just appears out of place.

Harry - you need to be properly briefed and trained on Tesla if reviewing. - otherwise you’re misleading viewers. For example - follow distances… completely adjustable. 🤔🌎

You will always find a Supercharger as Tesla routes you through Ai to one that’s available. Works great. 👍

I'll start by saying I really enjoy Harry and his channel. But it's a very biased review. There is no question, it feels like he got in the car with a view to pick a fight. And here is my hot take - the Jag P8 is very ugly. In fact - it looks a bit silly to me. The M5 looks like a cold killer.

Marvelous. Ive just retired from the auction industry and indidna valuation on a RR 1970 model. Done 60,000miles. It was the oldest car in his collection. Inasked him about its history. He said he grew up in poverty in Greece and they escaped to Australia. He saw a RR in William st Sydney and as a kid said “im going to work hard and buy one”.. well he became a developer and bought it. He said he cannot part with it as it symbolises everything he worked to achieve.

This guy has NO knowledge about what he's trying to review. You can control the wiper with the right scroll wheel and voice activation. LEARN about the car BEFORE you review it
